Does Into The Lens only take picutres of horses?...and err...musicians?

Nope! ITL works with all animals (wildlife and pets!). Currently, Simon is about to release his second limited edition print. "Cats Eyes"!

Pre-order are being taken right now, which will give you one of the earlier numbers in the release.....however, not for long!

It had to happen. Once we released the new series of prints, we started placing our new images with shops. Currently, the shops holding stock can be found on the “Where to Buy” page, or you can click on this link to be taken straight there!

Where has the year gone already?!

But, there is a lot to say since last time...

First.....A New site for a new year! Well...a third of the way through the year. Finally updated, and brought back the music gallery as I have been asked about it a quite a bit. I might set up a regaular highlight gallery for the music, and change it every couple of months to another band or musician.

Second...Having finished the Monty Roberts tour at the end of February, Sue (Holistic Horse Help) and I turned our focus to Sue’s final few months of research work on her latest degree! Kelly Marks is touring again (May Masterclasses) but I’ll be taking a break until the Autumn on all things “IH” when Monty comes back again.

BUT, the really big news is that I have now launched the Signature Prints. This has been something I have been aching to do for a long time. There are certain images that are very special to me, or means something important in my life. These now take the shape of a series of A3+ gallery prints which will be the only images that I will put my real (hand written) signature too. An important feature of some of these prints is that money goes to causes that I feel are important. The first few are the Big Cat images (there will be more), where £5 per print goes to a charity based in the UK that is working towards preserving pure big cat species! Have a look at them at least, or buy one and help preserve these beautiful, powerful animals!

There’s more to come, I’m working on some treatments for TV with a production company of very very nice folks. Right now...keeping the details quiet...but check back for breaking news as it hits!

OK.....A new year!

As if last year wasn’t a frenetic pace of life. There is even more to come this year.

I have finally got a new series of prints ready to make available, and they will be up on the website in the next month or so. I’m really excited about these prints as they are subtle in their treatment, and were a whole load of fun to produce.

Another idea that is currently sitting in my mind is the “Print Club”. Look out for more on that too in the next few months...

I have also decided to go back to my roots as well, and will be opening a new section on the website that will bring back my Concert Music work. Hard to believe I know, but I cut my teeth as a concert photographer, and anyone who is in the same age bracket as me, will laugh manically when they see some of the stuff!

.......and finally....the horse photography goes from strength to strength. You will know my partner in crime is Sue Brown, one of Kelly Marks’ Recommended Associates. We are on the move.

If you live in the Stafford area in the UK, you’ll be seeing a lot more of us as we move very shortly. That doesn’t mean to say I won’t travel to take fantastic pictures of your horses, it simply means a lot more of the country is reachable in a more economic fashion!!

So, hats off to the New Year, the Easter egg adverts are already on TV, and no doubt those marketing type folks are already planning Christmas 2009!
